The Branch Manager oversees and performs day-to-day operational responsibilities within the branch location. Ensures human resources policies, procedures and programs are followed, carries out implementation of the following functional areas: client and employee relations, recruitment, and training and policy adherence.
Core Responsibilities:
Support and demonstrate Trend Personnel’s mission, vision, and core values
Obtain complete and accurate information from clients placing job orders
Recruit, conduct screening interviews, administer tests, check references, and evaluate potential applicants
Deliver quality service to clients and applicants by matching skills to position needs
Extend job assignment offers to qualified candidates explaining full job description, term of assignment, hours, pay rate, and benefits
Maintain accurate written job descriptions for each client and up to date changes
Conduct employee orientation
Communicate all safety rules and regulations
Adhere to compliance of regulatory concerns and reporting
Monitor attendance and performance of temp and temp-perm employees
Conduct service calls to customers to ensure quality service, obtain feedback, and recommend solutions and improvements
Conduct drug and background screening services
Follow and Maintain necessary information for separations and disciplinary reports
Initiate on-going self improvement in relation to job development
Manage the full life cycle recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
Participation in networking organizations and events
Ability to qualify opportunities, negotiate with hiring authorities and close transactions
Exceptional verbal presentation and written communication skills

Requirements:
All qualified applicants will possess these minimum requirements:
HR degree or 4+ years staffing experience
Stable work history (2+ years with one firm)
Strong database, Internet sourcing and networking techniques
Clear background and drug screen
High energy, confident, team spirit and the passion to succeed
Sense of urgency, sense of humor and business savvy
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Positive Attitude and Customer Focus
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written, Interpersonal, Proactive listening)
